Experiential Learning

Learning can take place in a variety of settings. Whether in a classroom, a camp or a soup kitchen, the lessons learned are equally valuable. Activities like special projects, field trips, Shabbatonim, and Tiyulim (class trips) are representative of our values and are directly aligned with our mission. These experiences are not optional and are a critical part of who we are as a school.

The same high standards of respect for self and others, respect for learning, and respect for property exist for the experiential programs at Milken. A Milken student is always a representative of the school, regardless of the location of learning.
