This course covers the curriculum for Spanish 1. Students will have the opportunity to acquire proficiency in the present tense and be able to express their thoughts orally and in writing about common every day themes, including family, friends, school, occupations, clothing, shopping, food, travel, transportation, sports, and entertainment. Upon successful completion of the course, students will advance to Spanish 2 in the fall.
